    I am almost 60 and though I am a very strong woman, I have trouble with hip flexibility. Sooooo, the part where you just hop up to your hands to stand is very difficult for me. Any ideas??

      Yes, you can start by walking your feet to your hands and I also recommend you start doing this awesome hip strengthening and flexibility sequence that I do myself called “Myrtle.” Here’s a link to a video that shows you how to do it :) I do it a few times a week, and it helps a lot!
