Foundations of Functional Fitness workshop!

A great way to get your head back in the game is to shift your focus to building a strong foundation for fitness rather than just pushing yourself into a workout routine right away.

In this free course, we’ll spend 15 minutes together daily going over important form and activation techniques that support your core and back, engage your glutes properly and review your form for key exercises.

We’ll go over pushing and pulling foundations, spend some time reviewing the rotator cuff and how it functions, review proper form for things like squats, lunges, deadlifts and more.

This will help you stay safe and protected, get you excited to put it all into practice and get you back on track and in a fitness routine so you can jump into any program when you’re ready (or even start one while you’re doing the workshop).
