PERIMENOPAUSE

Great news, I can help! I’m in perimenopause now too, and I’ve spent a lot of time researching and learning about it so I can help us all!

Here is my free guide to training, eating and more in perimenopause. It’s really helpful to know what’s happening in your body, how it’s impacting different hormones, and the tweaks you can make to what you’re already doing so your hard work is more effective!

I also created an 8-week strength training plan for women in perimenopause called PerimenoFit!

This program will help you put into practice everything I am talking about and it includes workouts, recipes and my guidelines for supporting your body even as your hormones are changing.
