"I look better at 52 than I ever have in my whole life!"

I always feel funny taking these pictures and especially posting them but I mainly do it because I read all these posts about people getting discouraged and not seeing results. I had these feelings too in the beginning and then all the sudden voila… after about 4 weeks I started see my muscles and it wasn’t until really about 9 weeks of the 90-day program and following the food menus that I started to see those areas that I didn’t think would ever go away, go away! So don’t give up. Just stick with it… I went off my rocker ( that’s what I like to call him when I stray from the exercise or eating program) several times. But that’s just called life. As long as you can get back on your rocker it will all work out. So my initial pictures were back in April of 2017 and the other pictures were today after completing over a Year’s worth of programs (in Rock Your Life). I never ever imagined that I would feel and look better at 52 than I ever have in my whole life.
