They all made me feel awful even if I was able to get a full 8 hours of sleep. I tried straight melatonin as well. It helped me fall asleep quicker but the quality of keep I was getting did not change. A typical night, without sleep aides...5-7 hours of tossing and turning, waking up and staying awake.
