I’m a health and fitness coach who serves women at different life stages
My name is Bree Argetsinger – but I’m also known as “The Betty Rocker,” a moniker I took on because it embodied what I saw as the best version of myself: a woman living an active, healthy lifestyle, a woman who loved herself, respected her body, took responsibility for her actions and herself, and was worthy of being a role model to those around her. A woman (a Betty) who was rocking not just her body, but her life.
This was the culmination of a long journey for me; I had to deliberately develop physical, mental and spiritual practices to support my goals, and starting out I had most things backwards. Intense experiences in my formative years left me with undiagnosed PTSD, depression, anxiety, and a lot of coping behaviors like drug and alcohol addiction, body dysmorphia, self loathing and feelings of unworthiness.
In seeking to heal and empower myself, I pursued many educational opportunities including formal education, mentorships, hands on learning experiences, workshops, EMDR therapy and a great deal of travel and self exploration, and eventually became a structural integrationist for many years, then later went on to become a CHEK certified exercise coach, an ISSA certified fitness nutrition practitioner, and founded The Betty Rocker brand to share some of the lifestyle, fitness and nutrition practices that had given me so much balance with others who would benefit from them as well.
I couldn’t bust the plateau. I work out quite a lot, but it wasn’t until I did Betty Rocker’s Body Fuel System that I had changes in my middle area. Seven months post-baby, and happy with this!

The Body Fuel SystemSo I finally finished!!! 90 day challenge done. Was cruising through and right before the last week I hurt my hip. Thanks to all I’ve learned, I knew to rest it and listen to my body. I picked back up where I left off and finished my last day. I started with the 30 day and then straight into the 90 day.

90 Day Home Workout Challenge18 months ago I couldn’t do a sit up and only 1 push up! I was in a full blown menopausal whirlwind, with an onset of hay fever, severe sinusitis, asthma and an autoimmune condition that was attacking my body, all new to me! I was breathless and really thought I was rolling down a hill of no return. The docs said diet would not help me!
I found Betty Rocker a year ago with MFC since then I’ve revamped my fuel through her meal plans. I’m on top of all my newfound ailments, they are still there but diet keeps that autoimmune condition in check.
I’m a Warrior Woman (challenge) twice over, I’m a Fitness Addict (challenge). I’ve don 7 weeks of strength training: Sculpt Domination (challenge), two 5-day challenges and now I’m in the middle of Phase 1 of Lioness. I’m 68 pounds down in weight, I’ve got excess skin I’m trying to fill with muscle, I’m ok with that.
I’m more balanced, a better me, for myself and a better me for others.

Rock Your LifeToday marks my 1 year Rock Your Life anniversary. I started MFC this time last year. Who knew I would build a home gym and complete Lioness twice along with other challenges mixed in.
I have not lost any weight but I know my body has changed composition and I am more comfortable in my own skin now. I have built muscle, a love for strength training, but most of all a community of amazing ladies to train with and get inspiration from.
My self worth and attitude toward my body have been altered through RYL. I am much kinder to myself now and better for it. I took progress photos today as I finished the Total Body Strength (challenge in RYL) yesterday!

Rock Your LifeI started with the free 30 Day Challenge during quarantine and moved on to the 90 day challenge. I’ve NEVER EVER NEVER stuck to any kind of work out program before so I’m really proud of myself for being consistent with workouts and nutrition!

90 Day Home Workout ChallengeI always feel funny taking these pictures and especially posting them but I mainly do it because I read all these posts about people getting discouraged and not seeing results. I had these feelings too in the beginning and then all the sudden voila… after about 4 weeks I started see my muscles and it wasn’t until really about 9 weeks of the 90-day program and following the food menus that I started to see those areas that I didn’t think would ever go away, go away! So don’t give up. Just stick with it… I went off my rocker ( that’s what I like to call him when I stray from the exercise or eating program) several times. But that’s just called life. As long as you can get back on your rocker it will all work out. So my initial pictures were back in April of 2017 and the other pictures were today after completing over a Year’s worth of programs (in Rock Your Life). I never ever imagined that I would feel and look better at 52 than I ever have in my whole life.
