Betty Rocker’s Anywhere Workouts: Skate Park (Part 3 of 3)
Welcome back! This is part 3 of my bodyweight workout video series that you can do anywhere, no equipment needed.
I’ve got 7 new body weight moves for you that you’ll go through in order, then repeat 3-4 times.
This week I’m working out in Denver’s famous skate park – and I’ve got a little company this time so enjoy!
Do not get discouraged if any of these moves are hard at first. I had to build up to doing them too, and we all start somewhere. Wait till you see what happens to me while I’m trying to learn a new move at the end of the video!
In this workout:
Repeat 3 x:
1. 1 minute plank hold
2. 15 Back Extensions
3. 30 Mountain Climbers
4. 15 Triceps Dips
5. 15-20 Jump Squats
6. 15-20 Push Ups
7. 20 Lateral Barrier Jumps
Anywhere Workouts are great because you don’t need any weights or equipment, you can do them anywhere you happen to be – if you’re on the road you could do them in your hotel room, if you’re away from the gym you could do them at home, in a park, the office, any location that you have some room to move around.
They’ll help you maintain your muscle mass if that’s where you’re at, and help you get more shredded if you’re working your way up. Whatever you use them for, they’re a compliment of strength, balance and explosive cardio that will have you sweating and building a sexy six-pack and toned muscles anywhere you are.
