I always try to make time to cook pancakes or French Toast on the weekend, because I have more time in the morning. This weekend I turned on one of my favorite podcasts and puttered around the kitchen in my PJ's putting this deliciousness together. Good morning! On my plate today are farm-fresh pastured eggs from one of our local Mill Valley farms. You can see by the color in this photo (which was taken with my iPhone 5s, no filter added) that these gorgeous deep yellow yolks are rich in nutrients.
